For one of our clients in Amsterdam,  We are looking for a Responsible Investment & Governance Specialist:

A vacancy for a permanent Senior Corporate Governance Manager is outstanding. The role will mainly concern proxy voting activities during and after the annual general meeting/ shareholder season, and supporting the Senior Corporate Governance Manager in regulatory compliance and policy review. This includes:

• submitting proxy voting decisions on behalf of our pension fund clients at global annual general meetings  in line with clients’ Voting Policy;

• liaising with portfolio managers regarding voting decisions in their portfolios;

• informing our clients in advance of contentious and/or noteworthy voting decisions at annual general meetings of listed companies in the portfolio;

• monitoring the correct implementation of the Voting Policy by the service provider;

• in consultation with the Senior Corporate Governance Manager, engaging in company dialogues regarding voting decisions at the annual general meetings of the companies in the portfolio;

• supporting the Senior Corporate Governance Manager in the annual review of the Voting Policy;

• supporting the Senior Corporate Governance Manager in delivering on the SFDR disclosure and reporting requirements  and pension fund clients,

At least a Master's level degree education in a relevant subject

Relevant corporate governance experience.
