Our day-to-day business at Rabobank Online is reinventing the way customers interact with their bank. Around 5 million customers in the Netherlands use Rabobank’s mobile banking services and many more people visit our website. A large number of our business customers rely on Business Banking on a daily basis. Our channels are a stepping stone towards creating a personalized environment that revolves around the customer on a multitude of devices. In the Netherlands as well as for our international customers around the globe.
Your analytical expertise will be seen as invaluable. We're looking for colleagues who don't hold back and will push for solutions, dare to challenge, and are passionate about the web and mobile technology.
You will be working for the two Online Banking areas in the tribe Digital Platform: area Consumers, where we develop the mobile and internet banking for retail customers, and the area Business, where we do the same for business customers worldwide.
As a business analyst, you are working on translating area-related questions and challenges into functional and technical solutions. You are able to support and guide the squads and product owners with these renewing solutions and contribute to creating ever-better relevant client interactions.
For major topics, you will work directly with multiple DevOps teams. You will also have regular consultations with the other business analysts in the area. You can make an impact by convincing, influencing, and inspiring your stakeholders and continuously improving the way we work so we can become the most customer-oriented bank in the Netherlands. You will have to be socially flexible and able to build relationships using excellent communication and interviewing skills.

Communication, collaboration, customer focus, convincing, inspiration, and problem-solving are essential skills for the role of a Business Analyst. In addition, it's important that you recognize yourself in the checklist below:
• Completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Sciences, Communication, Business, and IT or similar;
• More than 5 years of experience in translating business and end-user interests to IT solutions;
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Have a great sense of business value;
• Knowledge and experience in working Agile, Scrum, and information management methods;
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English, both verbal and written.
